We coordinate the shipment. The carrier moves the vehicle.
Hermes prices the route, identifies a suitable carrier, checks its authority and available insurance information, prepares the dispatch and stays involved through delivery. We do not operate the truck or employ the driver who physically transports the vehicle.
That distinction appears throughout this website because customers should know who has possession of the vehicle, who is being paid and which document controls each step.

Keep the dispatch confirmation, photographs and signed bills of lading.

Hermes Auto Carriers Inc. is registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration as a property broker under MC 1765386 and USDOT 4472602. Consumers can verify the public record through the FMCSA SAFER system.
