“Non-running” can mean several things
A car that rolls and steers but will not start may be loaded with a winch. A vehicle with locked wheels, missing tires, collision damage or restricted access can require a forklift, rollback truck or other equipment.
Describe the vehicle honestly and send photographs before dispatch. The more precise the condition information, the better the carrier match.
Pickup and delivery access
Confirm whether a large trailer can approach both locations. Auctions, repair shops and residences may have different release procedures and operating hours. A carrier cannot load a disabled vehicle if the site is closed or lacks room for its equipment.
Why non-running transport costs more
